The wood production process consists of operations such as sawing, planing, shaping, lamination and assembly. The manufacturing process begins with the production of wood lumber, which can be further cut or turned with other woodworking machines. Sawn or otherwise shaped wood can be planed, sanded and assembled into a finished product (eg a storage wood product).
